Newborn Drastic Change

“It should be noted that the newborn not only has to take on new functions, but that they have to be executed in an environment that is completely different from his former one. None of the components of prenatal life have accompanied him: the lukewarm amniotic fluid, the umbilical cord, the placenta. All this is left behind, and the infant only brings himself into the environment. Such a radical change is only repeated at death, to which you bring even less, since you leave behind your very body.”
